Our Story
Our venue has a rich history and special love for the number 22!
In May 2022 during a Sunday drive in Defiance, Missouri wine country, my husband and I stumbled upon a 100-year-old white chapel built in 1922. Intrigued, we called about the property, and on our wedding anniversary, we decided to purchase it. Initially uncertain about its purpose, we considered making it our home. However, captivated by its history and charm, we opted to share its beauty with others by transforming it into a wedding venue. As owners of a design and build company, the project has become a true labor of love. It's a special space - we feel that we've brought the love back to the chapel, and now want to share that love with others. *22*
